Panera Bread - Southern Pines

In the last few months, I've ordered from here five times, and each time they managed to forget something. When everything is correct, the food is good, but overall, it has been one of the most inconsistent dining experiences I've encountered in Aberdeen.

This is one of the best spots to enjoy a meal while getting some work done, thanks to their dependable Wi-Fi. Whenever I visit family, I always make sure to grab a mocha and a kitchen sink cookie. Food: 4/5.

The food was served cold, even the soup! The staff appeared to view us as an inconvenience. They were pleasant to the two couples who came in after us, which only added to our confusion. I'm not sure what the problem was, but I won't be coming back! Food rating: 3/5.

The food was excellent, and the warm Green Goddess sandwich alongside the soup was just what I needed on a chilly day. The restaurant was bustling, but they only had two self-order tablets available, both of which were working. Though there was a mix-up with my order, it was promptly addressed, and we were allowed to keep the incorrect item since they don't accept food returns. However, the dining area could have benefited from better upkeep—it had missing cup lids, overflowing trash cans, and tables that weren't cleaned. This appeared to be due to a lack of staff.

Today, I ordered this item and received something entirely different. My kids are really disappointed. I understand it’s just a cookie, but it was a $3 cookie.
