Poke Poke Sushi Unrolled - Southfield

I just picked up lunch at Poke Poke in Southfield. My server (didn?t get his name? was very friendly and personal. The situation was clean as always and I enjoy my spicy tuna bowl as we speak!?

The app didn't work and I called, the worker was great about it and made sure we got the right food. The food is always good here and we had a good experience in every place.

I always have no complaints about my bowl right. It is the customer service for me, yes I am immediately greeted, but how will you get my food with your phone from earplug in conversation, I had to remind you that cross-contamination you touch the phone n my bowl at the same time to remove the gloves. I never see that the manager is always young people who are okay, but I think everyone has to move to handling customer service food, which was unacceptable.

I agree with the previous customer service review. I Went to the Southfield site and was greeted by Angry to young lady with bad customer service. I explained it was my first time ever in Poke Poke and she was not very welcoming or able to inform me about how the process worked. When my bowl was finally finished, I asked for extra ginger at the end. There were only about 4 slices of ginger in the bowl of which she served me, and when I asked about extra, she said quickly, we no longer have in a very rude tone. Of course, she had to throw the whole bowl out because her attitude was so bad and you didn't have extra ginger. I talked to the manager the next day. After two attempts from my cell, I chose from another number and the manager took the phone and informed me that he had a conversation with the Youg Lady. They knew my phone number because I called back to the store the night before. I for one never wants to return to this place My money does not support companies with bad customer service.

I?m not typically one to leave reviews only read them but I felt today was the exception . When I walked in I was greeted with a hello and quickly the customer service declined. I had never been to Poke Poke so I was trying to build my bowl. The young lady didn?t explain anything but instead pointed to stickers on the glass and was very short with me. I got a white rice bowl with shrimp, salmon, onions, corn , mango, and spicy mayo plus a drink. I checked out and paid about $17 . I sat and tried my food and it had no flavor at all. Not a drop of flavor. I went to get more spicy mayo to see if that would help (i had to pay 84 cents) and the mayo had no flavor just was spicy. I went to ask for a refund they declined and said i could pick a different bowl or get different sauce i didn?t want either. I will not be returning or recommending to anyone. Also your avocado is browning and that makes it less appetizing. Maybe try doing something to help with the oxidation I hear lemon juice works great
