Feedback gevenI ordered a BLT sub and they gave it to the wrong guest, while standing in line, I watch that guest dig through the sandwich before bringing it back to the girls behind the counter. When the girl handing the subs out asked the prep girl where my sub was, she said that she had already given it to her and since the other customer brought it back minutes before, it was sitting on the table behind them. They both walked over to it while it was opened it to verify that it was a BLT sub then tried to give it to me. That’s so gross.
New management is amazing! Thank you so much for the hospitality, Scott.
Is online pick only with the doors locked a common thing here?
This is the second time I've ordered Potbelly from this location and it wasn't ready for pickup. This time, I ordered a sandwich with tomato and an oatmeal chocolate chip cookie. What I got was a sandwich with no tomato (I know they didn't run out bc my husband's sandwich got the tomato on it) and a double chocolate cookie. In addition, when I walked in to pick up my order, the bag was on the back counter. I let them know I was here for my order, an employee taped it up and then just walked into the back room without a word, leaving me completely alone in the restaurant for 5+minutes. This was already 10 minutes past when my order was supposed to be ready. Finally a different employee came out and I had to request again for my order to be given to me. For how few orders they get, I'm amazed at how slow they are, the mistakes, and the lack of customer service.
Food was okay. I don't want to say it was bad, but nothing special. Out of town so never had it wanted to try something
