Fantastically run potbelly franchise. Staff is always very friendly even during the lunch rush

I picked up a grubhub order today....Jordan was friendly, and had great customer service. Even after he told me rite before I came in an Doordasher tried to fight him because they didn't have the order he was looking for. I told him next time report the Driver thru yall system.It's three parties;The RestaurantThe CustomerThe DriverALL CAN BE REPORTED ON!!! DONT LET ANYTHING SLIDE!!!!

I had an issue with my sandwich had ordered I spoke with Eric the General manager and he was so nice, professional and understanding he immediately went in to fix the issue and replaced the sandwich with not just a sub but the chips and drink for my daughter and I….thank you

Workers here are very friendly and helpful, kind and good workers makes a place what it is. Food is good too.

Dont bother with ordering online in advance , it would have been significantly quicker to wait in line. It took 25 minutes after my pickup time to receive one sandwich.
