Feedback gevenI visited this restaurant to order food, and my first impression was not positive. When I approached the cash register to place my order, I noticed food debris on the floor. I asked the staff about it, and one of them replied that they were in the middle of cleaning. However, I could see someone sitting in a room just behind the counter who seemed to be doing nothing. At that point, I decided not to eat there anymore and I will not be returning. It was a very unclean establishment.
I experienced very friendly service, and the place was fast, clean, and tidy. However, I found the meat to be a bit dry. Overall, it's one of my favorite places to visit!
After making two trips due to an article missing many common toppings, I finally brought my food home only to discover that the rice and chicken were undercooked. I wasted $40! I tried calling multiple times, but I was just too tired to go back.
This place has ruined my appetit. first they were greedy and the portions. So I had to ask for additional ingredients. and at the end they calculate me more because I asked for additional ingredients. also the employee was not polite and all the tables were dirty. I love qdoba, but I will avoid definitiw to visit this place
The Manager said a scoop and a half of rice other wise I have to pay for double rice then to proceed to try and talk over my food to the point I ask for someone else to serve me .. He then had a horrible attitude and said you can report me I don't care they do it all the time ain't nothing gonna happen to me . He said his name was Dj The worst customer service I've seen in a while!!
