Feedback gevenThe service is fast and you can't go wrong with any of the breakfast foods, however the drinks are okay. There's either too much milk, not enough coffee, or the tea bag comes apart in the latte.
Thank you Tim Hortons! Today I went through the drive thru, the attendant was polite, the line was quick and the service and coffee was great. It looks like new staff or corporate staff until the place gets stabilized. Couldn’t be happier that I can regularly go to this place again. You listened, and earned my loyalty. I am a former Canadian so I am super proud.Old ReviewService was never the greatest, but I think this place sold recently, and now it’s terrible. First they are really slow at the drive through like you can wait 10 minutes or more with 2 cars in front of you. And the staff is just rude like they are doing you a real favor. Hey, here’s an idea, smile! And lastly they often mess up your order. I hope the owner and Franchise reads this and take some action.
Workers didn’t know what cold brew with cold foam was and attempted to put whip cream on it. Then took it back mixed whipped cream in my pumpkin spice latte and still out “mixed” whipped cream on top calling it “cold foam”. What are they doing here. And another time took 5 minutes to even find a worker to order my coffee. Avoid this place like Covid.
Horrible job. Been in here twice. The first time no one was even in the building they were outside playing around with friends. The second time our order was all messed up and the worker did not even know what cold foam was and thought whip cream was it. Never come here.
There's no reason that I should have waited 30 minutes for a latte. Because the machine wasn't it as it should have been because they were open hours before I arrived...
