Taco Bell - Southgate

I eat here 2xs per week. fast friendly and always good

Eating was fresh, had to learn how to use the kiosk to make order. can no longer order when registering.

This restaurant always serves fresh dishes and their tacos are generously filled, unlike other Taco Bells that only give you three small pieces of cheese. It is the best Taco Bell in the area and worth checking out.

The restaurant staff appeared to be inexperienced or understaffed. I visited on 5/17 around 9:30pm and waited over 40 minutes in the drive-thru. When I got home, I discovered I had been charged over $20 for 2 beef tacos and a box of stale nachos instead of the 2 chicken power bowls and 2 chicken chalupas I had ordered. I tried calling the store twice, but no one picked up. It was late and I didn't want to go back and wait in line or go inside to ask for a correction, as it was clear they were struggling. I ate what I could and ended up throwing the rest away.
