Taco Bell - Southgate

Just got into a verbal confrontation with the manager and never in my life have I been called white trash before up until today, I am at a loss for words right now at that, Manager handled the situation the way she did, all because there was a misunderstanding with an online order and then she followed up by screaming at me to get out of the mobile order line because I was trying to figure out what happened on my phone. I definitely don’t recommend this location, especially when it comes to the African-American manager that’s racist apparently to white customers.

Today 6/28 I ordered online was accidentally charged twice. The staff jumped straight into action mode to assist! They were very friendly and accommodating! I appreciate them so much. My food was fresh! Store was extremely clean. Thank you again guys

They told me it would be a 25 minute wait if I was going to order so I left. Unfortunately this was my favorite Taco Bell by me

Suuuuper disappointed and actually not sure we’ll be going back to Taco Bell again. We paid over $10 for two sausage egg and cheese breakfast burritos… there were NO EGGS on either and the burrito was just a few sausage crumbles and tortilla : Prices have gone up a lot in the last few years and it’s really disheartening to spend your hard earned $10 on 2 tortillas and a couple sausage crumbles.

I like Taco Bell. I am Hispanic. I do know the difference, but I'll tell you what and nothing. Wrong with no Taco Bell. It is delicious.
