Pei Wei Asian Diner - Southlake

My husband picked up a order of honey chicken and sesame chicken yesterday and they were delicious! We've ordered for years and yesterday's was the best we've had! Good job..really enjoyed our meals!

This Pei Wei still retains a little bit of its old glory days when full house was the norm... Good cooking with a lot of room for improvement. Update 3/2022 There's a new GM in this store, quality of cooking is making good strides, worth trying it. Recommended..

The service at this Pei Wei is truly impressive! I was dining in when they mistakenly gave my order to another customer, resulting in a 30-minute wait for my lunch. However, they quickly acknowledged their error and took immediate steps to rectify the situation. They refunded my money, provided my meal for free, and even included an extra meal to take home! I was genuinely impressed by their outstanding customer service. This is how to treat customers well—top-notch all the way!

I stopped by to pick up dinner and ordered the honey seared shrimp, but unfortunately, you were completely out of shrimp. That was really disappointing.
