Starbucks Tom Thumb - Southlake

This Starbucks is the worst for customer service in the state. If you compare to Panera's 3 blocks down the street, they allow spaced seating in the shop and Starbucks will not allow this when they can do this. I believe they just want to service pass-thru or drive-thru traffic because they make more profits and care nothing of customer service.

Ordered coffee easily. Girl making coffee never bothered to call out when they were ready so we kept waiting after people behind us got their orders. Finally had to walk over to ask there they'd been sitting on the counter for about 3-5 minutes. So many Starbucks have terrible customer service, this on included. Pass it by find one that knows what they're doing. Oh, and Starbucks if your going to have unisex bathrooms, how about making sure the door lock works. Every other Starbucks I've been to the bathroom doors don't lock. Do you not have anyone who surprise inspects your stores??!

My wife and I love Starbucks and this location provided us with another great experience. Their pumpkin bread is delicious! My wife ordered a pumpkin spice latte, but something about it was off. I took the drink to the barista and he immediately made us a new one after apologizing. The new one tasted great. Great drinks and great service!

We were trying to go to Chick-Fil-A, but there was construction and a huge line so no go. So glad! We had the chicken wrap and the smoked turkey plus the Sopressetta and cheese. Lovely and delicious! Each sandwich came with veggies and dip. Highly recommend!

I use the Starbucks in Tom Thumb off of 1709. Over 20 visits and never not greeted with a smile. Great product. And a clean chair and table to sit and enjoy. Thank you !!
