Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Southlake

Absolutely fantastic, fresh smoothies! We've been there three times in the past week and a half! We haven't tried the food yet, but the smoothies are simply delicious!

That was the most beautiful smoothie I've ever had. However, it was just blended with ice and water—so I’m left wondering what I actually paid for. The woman at the register, Prawan, was rude, and I felt like I just threw $20 in the trash. At least it wasn’t McDonald's.

Overall a generally mid experience. Stopped by to try it out after hearing it had just opened. I do understand they had just opened but as I walked in at 1:26 and only had my order taken at 1:31 with no one standing to order was a little disappointing. The size is nice for the price but the taste of my mango smoothie was borderline enjoyable. There just wasn’t any flavor present in the cup. Went in with $6 and left with a mid drink.

My first experience with this restaurant was great, but my second order was a disappointment. They missed about 60% of the items, including the chips. I tried to address the issue, but it seemed pointless to resolve it. I called customer service, and they informed me 30 minutes after I had received my order that I could come in and pick up the missing items. After a long day at work and needing to pick someone up from the airport, I am really concerned about the lack of customer service from both the restaurant and the delivery service.

So glad there’s another location! This is in the old Starbucks spot. The Island Green is my favorite! Today is opening day and they were quick, super friendly, had a raffle spin the wheel while you waited for your order, and the smoothie was perfect!
