Vitality Bowls Castle Rock - Southlake

Absolutely delicious! The service was excellent! We’re currently staying at the Great Wolf Lodge, and this restaurant is a fantastic healthy food option. They offer an edible spoon concept that is not only tasty but also environmentally friendly. My son really enjoyed it!

I used to visit this restaurant four or five times a week for the past three months, spending around $300 a month on Vitality Bowls for my wife and me. Recently, however, they started only filling the bowls halfway, and when I raised my concerns with the owner, he seemed indifferent. The manager claimed this change was a result of inflation, while the owner argued that the bowls were always meant to be half full. I've completely lost respect for the way he runs his business. At over $13 per bowl, it's outrageous to receive only half a bowl. I would recommend Nekter in Southlake instead; they have better employees, management, and prices, and you actually get full bowls!

The service was slow during my visit. There was only one employee working on a Friday afternoon, and she was attempting to handle both the register and prepare orders at the same time.

The bowls are delicious, but I can't recommend this restaurant because of the subpar customer service. The staff neglected customers who were waiting to place their orders at the counter and only emerged from the back after about five minutes. Once I was finally able to order, it took more than 15 minutes to receive my meal. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience.

We paid nearly $15 for the smaller size bowls, but it felt like I didn't receive what I expected for that price. When I highlighted the issue, a staff member indicated that they adhere to "measurements," but it was clear that my bowl was served almost half empty. This is a significant concern! Please don’t dismiss my complaint by explaining the so-called "measurements" as if I am mistaken for bringing this up. I urge the store owner to either retrain the staff or stop cutting corners to save money. Customers work hard for their funds, and I certainly do. I feel taken advantage of and felt it was necessary to voice my concerns. As a franchise, Vitality Bowl is known for its high-quality products and excellent service. I hope you don’t jeopardize that reputation. I am genuinely disappointed and feel cheated. This situation suggests that anyone can simply buy a franchise and neglect the community they serve, which is frustrating. This community is wonderful—please keep it that way and do not take advantage of us!
