Disgusting food, barely edible and rude staff. Better to go to Enish. This place has deteriorated massively, surprised they're still in business. The owner should be ashamed to put his name to such an establishment.
My recent visit to 805 Restaurants left me with an extremely disappointing impression. The service I received was nothing short of terrible, starting with the waiter who attended to my table. The waiter's rude and dismissive demeanor was completely unexpected and made the dining experience uncomfortable from the very beginning. To make matters worse, the wait time for our food was exceptionally long, exceeding an hour. Throughout this frustrating ordeal, not once did we receive an apology or an explanation for the delay. It felt as though our time and patronage were of little importance to the restaurant. After enduring such poor service, I decided to voice my concerns to the manager in hopes of finding some resolution. However, even the manager's response was disappointing. He appeared indifferent and showed little interest in addressing our grievances. It was evident that our complaints fell on deaf ears, leaving us feeling unheard and dissatisfied. A restaurant's success lies not only in the quality of its food but also in the level of service provided to its customers. Regrettably, 805 Restaurants fell short in both aspects during my visit. The lack of courtesy, dismissive attitude, and prolonged wait time have left a lasting negative impression on my dining experience. As a result of this unsatisfactory encounter, I cannot recommend 805 Restaurant to others. The overall experience was marred by the disrespectful service and the lack of consideration for its patrons. I hope that the management takes this feedback seriously and endeavors to improve the quality of their service in the future. In the meantime, I will be seeking alternative dining options that value their customers and prioritize providing a positive and enjoyable dining experience.
805 Hyde Park Location AVOID A group of 10 of us went to this location to celebrate our sisters birthday. None of us has ever visited this location and hoped the new location would result in a new experience. We were wrong My sister booked in advance and was informed that the full menu would be available and that we would have 4 waiters looking after us. Only two were present, neither wrote anything down and thus almost every dish was wrong Twenty minutes into ordering our meals we were informed that they could not fulfill the mixed grill dish and later were told that they did not have ANY type of fish stew. Very disappointing On top of that they refused to offer sensible alternatives and use any initiative or discretion to make up for this. The bill was wrong and they made us pay for items we didn’t order and unfortunately the birthday girl left the restaurant very upset. The food 6/10 at best. Nothing earth shattering I hope 805 management take this feedback on board and instead of just hiking their prices actually invest in their staff. Hire people that are experienced to lead your teams Hire entry level waiters and provide training But all in all they should learn that people are leaving their homes to come and dine out and are owed a good experience Serving us food alone is not a good customer experience making your patrons feel good about paying and leaving remembering what a good experience they had is! All in all I will never return to their locations but would order takeaway.
Truly awful. Took over an hour to bring food. When it came the meat was largely inedible gelatinous unidentifiable lumps. Drink prices are very steep £11.50 for a beer. They ran out of the lager we were drinking so I was offered Orijin, which wasn’t even beer but when I complained they refused to replace it. The waitress that recommended it dismissively said “I don’t drink beer, how should I know?”
