Hing Lee Chinese - Southwark

I recently visited Hing Lee for lunch as I wanted to try out some nearby options close to my new job. I ordered the chicken wings with salt and chili and beef in yellow bean sauce with boiled rice from the lunch menu. The chicken wings were crispy and delicious, perfectly seasoned with salt, making them worth a return visit. The beef dish was also tasty, although the sauce was slightly on the sweeter side. Overall, I enjoyed my meal and will definitely be coming back.

This is definitely some of the worst Chinese food I've ever tasted. I couldn't even identify some of the flavors. It seems like the dishes are tailored for non-Chinese tastes, as everything was so bland. The eggplant dish tasted strange, almost like bad seafood, which I didn't think was possible. On top of that, the decor is overwhelmingly green. From the neon lights to the tablecloths, it's a strange color scheme for a dining experience.

Hing Lee's Chinese Restaurant is a hidden gem located just a stone's throw from the Thames River. While it may not look like much from the outside or in terms of decor once you're inside, the menu is very impressive. They offer a wide selection of delicious food with well-curated set menus featuring a variety of meal options. The restaurant also has a good selection of drinks available. The food was prepared quickly and served by friendly staff. Overall, the food itself was very enjoyable and I look forward to returning. Additionally, they also offer a takeaway service.

Top drawer Chinese, good staff, great service, mavelous food. There's not much else to say about the place, nothing truly exciting, nothing truly awful.

A great little Chinese food experience in the middle of the financial district of London. A local colleague frequents this place and brought his out of country visitors here for dinner. The restaurant itself is very small, but this adds to its charm and individualized service. We choose one of the family style menus which was a brilliant choice. All the food was fresh and tasty, our drinks were always filled, and I left this place very satisfied. I will definitely go back to this place in the future.
