Yun Hai - Southwark

A cut over the standard Chinese start/restaurants they see, it is a pleasant surprise to get the Friday trip from here or even to mean redhearted st for a fast meal. the interieur is quite basic, but they do not come for the equipment that eat is better than expected. the soft dish crab is particularly good, slightly broken and hot before them with a singing supplement of chilis, swirling and early boiled. the duck for the pancakes is crispy and well aromatized while it retains an excellent texture and a fleshy bite. all in all, I am very pleasantly surprised by the departure in yun hai!

Sub-par chinese. if it were, wouldn't go again. it was also bad for the usual Chinese takeaway slope. if they are looking for half-authentic Asian kitchen or even half-decent away, then do not disturb.

Hidden eating, terrible service stay away. Baked rolling were very greasy, had strange acid smell and the victor was pure secret meat! the eating took ages and when we had asked, the waitress was very rude. overall, very bad quality Chinese food. if they want you to eat in fat and salt drowned, then yes, this is the place for them.

Got home yesterday after a trip away in the absolute worst weather to discover no food in the house. I just wanted something warm and tasty and took a punt at the Chinese take away opposite. What a great discovery! The food was so tasty, very reasonably priced and the staff charming when I went to pick up. The winner for me was definitely the aromatic duck there was so much of it and I’m looking forward to a delicious brekkie!! We’ll be back!

Ordered a plethora of dishes and they were, without exception, all very good. Prices were reasonable and the delivery was prompt. We had some staple favourites plus a couple of extra dishes just to try. We particularly enjoyed the double-cooked pork.
