Last five times I?ve mobile ordered at this location I stand and wait as customers walk in, order, walk out with food and coffee while I wait and no one knows what?s going on. I thought mobile ordering was supposed to be faster. Not a well runestablishment. Be prepared to wait.

Terrible service. I notice the person making beverages tends to grab the inside of the cup with their figures after touching money and other things. Definitely recommend going to a different location. After waiting 15 minutes for an over the app order Iget yelled at by a staff member (who was on her phone the whole time while making food) for asking if my order was ready. Meantime it was sitting in the pickup area with no order number on it. Worst service ever.

Nicole, the manager, is fantastic! She provides excellent customer service and has a great positive attitude. She truly is an asset to the restaurant.

This is undoubtedly the best Dunkin' Donuts in town. The staff goes above and beyond to prepare your sandwich just the way you like it, all with a friendly smile. I highly recommend it to everyone!

I've been visiting this restaurant for about five years, and my experiences have always been fantastic. However, today was particularly exceptional. I bought some coffee this morning before a branch meeting at work, but during my drive, I realized it was a bit bitter, so I stopped drinking it. Unable to turn around, I returned after the meeting and was warmly welcomed by T and Ebony. T was in training, and with her excellent leadership skills, Ebony approached me with a smile, took the bitter coffee, and assured me, "Don’t worry, we’ll take care of you," before exchanging it for a fresh cup. The difference in taste was remarkable. Ebony was such a joy to interact with; she truly brightened my day. I can tell she has a promising future with the company. Every time I see her, she's always smiling and cheerful! It’s refreshing to know that outstanding customer service still exists. Thank you, Ebony and T!
