Sakura Ramen (southwest Ranches)

We love Sakura and get takeout on a regular basis as we live nearby. Such a wonderful discovery close to home. Friendly and fast service, cozy ambiance next to Publix, and centrally located with plenty of parking. The food is great, so you really can't go wrong with anything you order here. Good vegetable spring roll appetizer. My go-to order is the Sakura Spicy Ramen with chicken add on shrimp tempura. Soooo good... really yummy comfort food. Be warned that the spice level is quite respectable, so order with caution. I also love their miso ramen if you don't like spicy food. They will also customize the ramen broth upon request, which we really appreciate! Very flavorful fried rice (we like the beef, chicken shrimp combo). Portions are generous too so we always have leftovers. Highly recommend! It's 10/10 stars from me.

I loved my Korean Spicy Rice Bowl. It’s savory spicy, not like other spicy or hot dishes in which the spice doesn’t let you enjoy the flavor. I chose tofu, which tasted delicious with the paste in the bowl. First time, but will not be the last. Vegetarian options: You can make it vegetarian by adding tofu and taking out the egg in the rice dish. It was so quaint and cozy and the food was absolutely amazing and HUGE they really know how to feed you : we got to take home a lot of leftovers that i'm now eating for breakfast. I feel bad I can't remember our servers name but he was so kind and attentive when we went and were definitely going again

We ordered through Grubhub and it has been giving them issues, someone from Sakura Ramen called us to let us know that someone else picked up our order and told us that they would remake the order right away.
