Starbucks - Southwest Ranches

Wait time is ridiculous. Even when they are not busy, they make you wait. I don’t get it .

Stopped for a much wanted Grande Mocha and it was as flat as the Greenland flatlands, overly hot and the only drink on the counter without a jacket. Super disappointed and regretting the stop. The espresso with hot milk for my father was on point, though.

Ordered 2 refreshers no ice. They put ice. She remade them and they taste awful. No dragon fruit. Not enough of the mango dragonfruit mixture.

Manager or whoever was rude the last time I went. I’ve never experienced it at Starbucks before that day. Went back through the drive through today and the coffee was just bad. I had to send it back and it ended up being worse. Weston Starbucks is 100x

I was waiting there for 15 minutes and still not recieved my 4 drinks because the employees were having a conversation and playing with a friend that was hanging out there. The friend was throwing coffee beans at all the girls playing there.The employees friend was allowed to literally put his hands on the coffee beans they used to make coffee. NOT SANITARY!!! HOW COULD THEY ALLOW THAT?The employees and the guy were having a great time not doing their job.I asked for a refund because I never received my drinks and they ended up not giving me the refund but charging me double. I had to call customer service to get the refund.
