Southwick Inn

What a funny little treasure! It has no chic seating, but it is open late on Sunday and the bartender makes really good drinks. If you want a pub grub in a super relaxed environment with friendly service, this is a good bet. If you want something, it's probably not for you.

If you are looking for a dive bar with quick service a homie atmosphere and great live music then the southwick inn is your destination staycation. The bartenders are a good working team and super cute. This is a good place to feel the local beat of the kind of culture that is well established in the heart of New England. Love it.

I would rate this place as a 5 for the quality of local bar food. The Google rating should balance out to a 4.5 most accurately. It is some of the best local bar food I have had, especially considering cost and portion size. Their hot dog with sautéed onions is definitely the best hot dog in Southwick. I wish I had discovered that earlier. Their fish tacos are one of the best things that they serve. The female bar tenders are nice and try to accommodate. It isn't a trendy or hip bar. It is a town bar and for town bars their food is very reasonable cost wise and portion wise. Additionally, their menu is pretty extensive.

My first experience at the Southwick Inn was during a private birthday party, and it was fantastic! The buffet offered an array of delicious food, including appetizers like shrimp cocktail, mozzarella sticks, sliders, and a selection of crackers and cheese. For the main course, there were options like chicken, meatballs, sausages with paprika, red skin potatoes, and pasta. The bar had a wide variety of drinks available as well. To top it off, there was a DJ and plenty of space to dance to some classic Oldies! I would definitely recommend this venue!

The drinks here are consistently excellent. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the live music adds a fun atmosphere! Plus, the prices are unbeatable!
