Went here because our usual Chinese wasn't open. The salt and pepper chicken dish was mainly onions, I was shocked to be honest. The small amount of chicken was so dry and chewy, like it had been reheated (luckily there weren't much of it! The chow mein was ok and a good portion. I won't be returning, I'd rather go without. I don't really leave reviews but this was possibly up there with one of the worst salt and pepper chicken I've ever had. Meal type: Other Price per person: £10–20

Finally found a great Chinese takeaway. The Hot sour soup was one of the best I've ever had, sweet and sour chicken balls not doughy they were lovely, chicken chow mein excellent and chicken black bean sauce lovely will definitely go back. First time I'd ever been in there, and will definitely go again. Wasn't sure how they wanted me to order, the name or the number of the dish, and was told either was ok, so that was good. Once ordered the man double checked what I had ordered to make sure before taking it through to the kitchen. Only took about 10 minutes and I sat and waited, there's 3 or 4 chairs as there's not much room, pictures of some of the dishes available, and lots of money tree plants. Nothing special but clean and tidy, could do with updating but we all know that costs money. Got a free bag of prawn crackers with the food we ordered. The dishes were piping hot and cooked through, tasted good and was happy with it all. Service: Take out Meal type: Other Price per person: £20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
