Starbucks - Spanaway

Great coffee and friendly staff. Getting too expensive.

This is a pretty good Starbucks. It can get very backed up and the wait time can take forever. The drinks are usually great and the staff has been nice every time. Outside can smell awful, like sewage. Pretty deterring when you can smell it while waiting in line in the drive thru or walking inside.

I’ve lived down the street from this location for 6 years now and no matter what when I come here I get the worst possible service. This time I went due to convenience, and I vocalized I had a mobile order at the speaker, pull up to the window and there is a mixed girl probably in her teens or early 20’s being EXTREMELY rude and dismissive. Tells me a total that’s not mine and then when I tell her I have a mobile she rolls her eyes grabs my coffee, puts it in my hand and stays completely silent while glaring. No matter what when I order a coffee from this place they also never give you whip cream. It’s genuinely irritating. Not to mention I had 3 cars infront of me with one drink each and it took these baristas over 10 minutes to get a 3 car line through? Unprofessional and undertrained

Ordered a pineapple refresher and it was packed from top to bottom with ice. Barely got any actual drink, not all locations do this but this specific location has done this every single time to drinks that come with ice.

I love this location in Spanaway; I have always gotten great coffee!
