Teriyaki Madness - Spanish Fork

The location is great and the service is fast. However, I've had a couple of issues with the cashier mixing up my orders. Items were either missing or incorrect. Additionally, the food had a strange taste, reminiscent of gas.

Reasonable prices and generous portions. The quality isn't outstanding, but it's certainly not bad. Service is quick.

The presentation was not very appealing. The rice was burnt and difficult to chew. It seems they must have changed their sauce, as it no longer tastes as good as it used to. The dining room was quite dirty, and when I asked for my order to go, I had to remind a teenager at the front who was preoccupied with his phone that I was ready to place my order. When I finally tried the chicken, it was tough and chewy, and the rice was rock hard. I had higher expectations from one of my favorite teriyaki chicken spots.

Food is great but the service is terrible. Cashier makes no effort in making guests feel welcome, is really irritable and short. Really made me uncomfortable hearing her yell at the cooks in the back

I wanted to like this place, but the experience was subpar. We waited 15-20 minutes for our bowls and then had to specifically ask for sauce from the workers. The food was OK, with the meat being the star of the show. It was pretty good. The vegetable portion included in one of the bowls was tiny.All in all, I can’t say I’d recommend this place. It was open on a Sunday afternoon unlike a lot of other eateries, but the experience was just so so. Didn’t quite meet my expectations.
