Lack luster service, ovens were down and they couldn't make my order. No masks on employees.
This location should just close. Horrible customer service! Went in today and was not greeted with “good morning “ but rather “do you have cash”. I was told the credit part of counter register wasn’t working. No other option, no I apologize, nothing. So I, the customer, asked if I buy a dozen donuts if they can ring it at the drive thru window. I was told I had to go out through the drive thru to do this???!!!! I said you can’t just walk my card over and do that? I reminded her I am also a customer. She had a horrible attitude! She then yells over at the guy working drive thru and asked how many customers are there. He said ONE! She said No she can’t do it then because they would have to wait!!!??? YES! Ridiculous! I then asked for her name and she said it very snidely. She also said she was the Assistant Manager!!!!! I was just shocked! Sadly, I could heavily feel discrimination behavior against me as well. This is a terrible location. There are other options people! I don’t support bad businesses!
After a long day of driving to Daphne, and a late night at a local hotel, we needed coffee, and donuts! The next morning, a quick drive to Dunkin got us on the way for another day of touring. Hot coffee, and a dozen Munchins and we were quickly on our way eastbound! Highly recommended!
I've been here 3 times in 3 months and they apparently do not serve lattes, cappuccinos, or coffee anymore. Weird. You would think a major franchise would have these things fixed. Or at least hire people that will actually do the work they're getting paid to do. I doubt any coffee machine is broken. Most likely it's just really bad management and even worse employees.
