We were on the road for a birthday and Kristen came through with some of the best cupcakes we've ever had. Great communication and an even better product. Kristen was even able to accommodate our shifting schedule. Go support this small business!

Would highly recommend. We were a visiting baseball team and I needed last minute birthday cupcakes for my son. I texted her at 10pm and she got back to me by the next morning and was not only able to fill the order of 24 cupcakes but she was able to personalize it with baseballs and team colors. I texted her when i was on my way to pick it up and she had them ready to go, picked it up in less than 5 minutes and got back in time to see the last 3 innings. My sons last minute birthday celebration was a hit for the kids and even the parents were loving these delectable delights. Not even kidding, these cupcakes were BOMB! The 2 pics are all I could get before they were devoured.

I can’t speak highly enough of Buttercream Bliss! Not only did Kristen squeeze me in with short notice and during peak holiday time, her cupcakes/cake cant even be replicated. Moist, decadent and flavorful! Every single person at the party asked me where they were from and ate at least two cupcakes. Flavors were to die for and she personalized my inspo to perfection. Can’t thank you enough Kristen, you are beyond amazing at what you do and I am now a lifetime customer.

Note: This review is for her cakes! I'm from out of town and I needed a cake to celebrate a company anniversary. Last minute request. Buttercream Bliss was recommended since many bakeries in the area reportedly have dry cakes. They were available for the event and even delivered for an extra fee! Perfect since it's the snowstorm of the decade. I was able to discuss size and flavors, with recommendations from Kristen, as well as last minute changes (back and forth) due to dietary needs. We got a Chocolate Bourbon Bacon Buttercream 9in 3 layer cake! (the Ron Swanson cupcake) Beautifully decorated with macarons, ganache, bacon skewers, gold leaf, and buttercream piping! I felt it was almost a shame to add our cake topper. The cake was incredibly rich! With smooth soft buttercream Chocolate Bourbon flavor, the slight boozy flavor really added another level to this cake! Chocolate cake with caramel filling was sweet but not sickly. I think the bacon topping and bourbon helped a lot *wink Kristen delivered right at the beginning of her estimate window, and provided instructions for serving as well, suggesting to serve as squares rather than triangle slices. Payment was done through an invoice email, perfect for accounting, and she had several payment options, including Venmo. I am excited to order cupcakes from her for future events!
