Feedback gevenIf you have 20-30 minutes to wait in line then this is the chipotle for you. There were eight employees walking around and only one person that was still in ?training? that was fulfilling orders with a line of about ten people. She was doing her best to keep up but when she would ask for food items to refill the empty bins she would be told where they were and would have to take that extra time away from fulfilling peoples orders. Poorly ran and managed operation.
They were out of things like rice, pico de gallo and avocado at 730pm on Friday. Nice staff but not equipped to handle a Friday dinner night.
One of the worst chipotle?s I have ever been too. Poorly managed, always out of food items. Last time I was there august 1st 6 employees in back and one person on line???? Why when I asked the manger said that they were prepping. As a restaurant owner this would never be accepted in my environment. Prepping????? 6 people???? When I employee is working not only cash but making the food bowls and Burritos, what kind of poor, loser management doesn?t help when there is a line near door. Waited in line for 30 mins with 5 people i front of me, I feel bad for the 10 people behind us. Like I said poorly managed.
I have not been in Chipotle in a long time and yes it can be perceive pricey but it has value portions are good and food taste fresh had the Pollo Asado Burrito Bowl and salsa is very good to be a fast food place
Upon arrival, I went to the mobile order pick up area and was helped instantly by Chyna? I don?t know how to spell her name, I?m sorry. But even though she had a couple orders ahead of mine, she let me know that it would be out shortly, which I understood because I arrived five minutes earlier than my pick up time. Regardless, she made my order pretty quickly and was super professional about it, providing great customer service and awesome attitude. As I was eating my salad, I noticed that this was one of the best salads I?ve ever had at a Chipotle restaurant. So, huge shout out to Chyna and her exceptional service and mastering on how to make a perfect salad.
