I wanted to get coffee beans from the earth and the dame on the car ride was clear when I told her that the bag she gave me was not ground per order. she said: it was a mobile job and can't say, then tedious quiet so I drove away. I went back and she accused me of disobeying and screaming and that her manager over there will handle it. he dragged the lugs per the sticker on the bag, but also did not apologize. the customer service must be a lost art form. she cya instead of learning I came in to show her how it was ordered, but she didn't give me the chance. my Christmas tip was removed so that the team suffers. I would suggest that she does not interact with customers. 12/24/22
The night team this evening included a red head girl who worked the bar that was the most frightening, rude and unhelpful Starbucks employee in North Nevada, instead of trying to solve a problem that she was arguing instead of trying to solve the problem. the other two who have worked with her also never tried to help, this is obviously a reflection of the management at this location. We will never visit them again when it comes to how they treat customers.
I am so ill by Starbucks staff very rude and serve me a warm coffee for the third days on the road I feel like I drink ice cream imma must change my coffee without a reason
The worst died in reno. I didn't drink here because they tasted weird. finally realized why after I ordered a water and tasted it like chlorine. probably have not replaced their filters in months, maybe even over a year. then I have just started ordering baked goods and they are always either burned or undercooked. how serious? there is a button on the one hand for every one. Unbelievably RUDE. I 'm visiting from Seattle. I ordered a grande coffee in a venti cup solely for the extra ice, they denied me the beverage due cup shortage . You shouldn 't be rationing cups. Selling coffee and providing them in cups is your job. I used to work for corporate and they wouldn 't approve of such a thing. Each store has been trained on customer service. Question: 1 cup with extra ice when I originally wanted 1 cup to begin with? Or two cups one with the beverage and one with extra ice? UPDATE: Went to a different Starbucks, they provided me with my venti (1 cup) beverage. I also asked the baristas if there was a shortage on cups, they said there wasn 't. Which the barista at the first Starbucks yelled that it was a store wide issue.
