Taco Bell - Sparks

It's frustrating to see that some employees only seem to put in minimal effort, and I wonder how they are still in their positions with such a lack of training or attention to detail. Unfortunately, this experience has caused me to reconsider my patronage; I won’t be returning as a regular customer due to their overwhelming incompetence. It’s a shame because I felt like I would have enjoyed being a loyal visitor to their establishment.

This place used to have the best service in the city, but I've had some disappointing experiences recently. Every time I've ordered from there, something has been missing or the food has arrived cold. My partner went in to check on our order since we chose pickup this time, and they ended up forgetting the chips that came with my meal, which can’t be bought separately. DoorDash really needs to expand to another location. I’d love to share a picture of the nacho cheese that I received without the chips. I also ordered the nacho fries box, but the fries were cold, and no drink was included in the delivery. I would recommend trying a different location.

Had an online order and then the eating was simply thrown into the bag and missing items when we made the overweight ladies through the drive-thru and took the bag back through the window that is against their policy and gave us a cheese roll that really had no cheese in it I would not recommend that taco bell are to everyone, they are disgusting and overweight and rude

Our order 3 Nacho Fries, 6 cheesy roll ups 2 Nacho Fries cravings box!! DISAPPOINTED!!! cheese was not filled, Steak Supreme Chalupa 3 pieces of tomatoes and 5 pieces of steak. The cravings box was not cheap either!! You had no customers we were the only ones there and you had 3 people working!!! Your guys Attitude is also bad!
