Feedback gevenHorrible customer service, especially by the manager . Walked in to get a pizza, they had a flyer that said any 2 topping pizza is $6.99. They insisted on having to buy 2 when it doesn 't say anywhere on the coupon that you need to buy 2. Then after getting a magnifying glass, in the tiny print it says 2 item minimum. Shame on you Domino 's for being sneaky. I will never set foot in another Domino 's evern again.
I called multiple times before resorting to placing an online order. When I arrived at the restaurant, I called again and saw the staff hit the mute button on my call. I then called from my car and witnessed the employee behind the counter hitting mute and playing on his phone instead.
Called multiple times to order some food. After the 4th call, finally ordered online. Called when I pulled in, watched the manager hit mute and keep doing what he was doing. Called as I walked into the store, watched the manager hit mute before he gave me my food. Called one more time just to see if they would answer but nope. Watched the manager hit mute, pull his phone out and sit back on the counter and play on his phone. Whats the point of have phones to order if you're not going to answer them?
They confirmed our delivery order but then cancelled it an hour later because our house was apparently out of their delivery range, despite having delivered there previously. This lack of warning and unprofessional behavior has led us to decide we will not be patronizing this establishment again.
Justin assisted me with obtaining my correct pizza order. I came in the store after my surgery today and some how my order got mixed up. Justin went out his way and had new delivered to me. I appreciate the way he took care of business with friendly customer service.
