Mcdonald's - Sparta

This McDonald's location is quite good, with food that meets expectations and speedy service. They also offer mobile ordering, plus a drive-thru option. The interior is modern and clean, featuring plenty of comfortable seating. The menu is what you would expect from any McDonald's. It's a convenient spot for travelers, right off Interstate 90, providing easy access to the highway.

The service was incredibly friendly, and the building was spotless. The staff even stopped traffic to greet us when we arrived, and they thanked us as we left.

I went through the drive-thru and had to wait in a pull-in spot because I requested my fries crispy. After waiting for my food, I drove all the way home only to find that while I received my fries, soda, and donut, my burger was missing. I had to drive back and go inside the restaurant. The staff didn’t apologize at all; they just said it would take a while because they were very busy. Eventually, they brought me the burger they had forgotten, and it wasn’t even fresh. (My receipt shows the order was placed at 12:31, and I received the burger after 1 pm.) I then had to drive all the way home again to eat my cold burger and fries, with no apology for their mistake or for wasting my time and gas.

The buns were so stale that they were nearly inedible, and the overall quality of the food was extremely disappointing.
