Great place for a quick biteAlmost anytime of the night

Always a fast drive-through, and this location has the friendliest staff that I've experienced with this company. I even drive from the Westside of Spartanburg to the Boiling Springs location for this reason. As for food, it's great for fast food.Kid-friendliness: No bar atmosphere, has high chairs and great milkshakes!

Food is mostly on par with consistency honestly we love the prices for what you get it’s surprising we love the shakes and sides. The hush puppies my wife loves and I always get the white cheddar bites (the best side). And we get the burger cheddar style and of course the bacon too. One draw back was I personally had a bad experience with this location we had family that has never had CookOut and never been to SC or East Coast and we had a employee give us attitude saying the food was fine when it tasted burnt and cold and the drink was not flat.

This was our first experience with Cookout and we didn't have high expectations since it's fast food but we were pleasantly surprised by how good the food was and more than fair pricing , staff were very nice

I have never had a bad thing to say about cookout. One of my favorite fast food places. Stopped at this location while traveling and I am not even sure what they gave as a “cheeseburger” looked like those teriyaki strips you got in elementary school. Nuggets tasted like rubber, straight trash!!
