Hardee’s - Spartanburg County

I ordered my meal and stood there for 20 minutes before they told me they didn't have any of the Philly to put on the cheesesteak sandwich. I was asked if I wanted a different sandwich and I said no that I didn't have time to wait for anything else and would like my money back. The manager told me she was going to give me the meal for free for the inconvenience but as soon as I left the store it was canceled and my money was not returned

I was there on Saturday around 10:00 am. I didn’t get the cashier’s name but she was the friendliest person working fast food I’ve ever encountered! The man in front of me was very hateful and she never stopped smiling at him or lost her patience. She definitely deserves a raise!

They are unreliable with opening on time. Sometimes they don’t start taking orders until an hour after the opening time.I end up going to Bojangles. They’re dependable with opening on time and have great customer service

The burgers were really dry I'm not sure what's going on with fast food lately but I expected so much more when I went to Hardee's I love the fries I love their chicken tenders but they got to do something different with the beef

My burger was so sloppy. It had old tomatoes on it and way too much ketchup.
