Chick-fil-a - Spartanburg

**October 31, 2022 Update:** The service here is excellent, and the food is what you would expect from Chick-fil-A—good quality. However, the restaurant can sometimes feel a bit unkempt. I understand it’s challenging, but the floor tends to get quite dirty, so a regular spot cleaning would be beneficial. Given the high volume of patrons and the tendency for spills, this might be tough to maintain. We visit this location frequently, and I must admit that several months ago, I provided feedback regarding the cleanliness and overall quality of service at this location. I'm not sure if my comments made a difference, but since then, I have noticed significant improvements. The staff is warm and friendly, and we truly appreciate them!

No complaints here. This place always has prompt and friendly employees to take and recieve your order from. My orders have always been correct and hot. I can't think of any complaints or anything else to say in relation to negative experiences. Keepup the good work!

The food was excellent, and the service was friendly. However, it appeared that some customers encountered longer wait times or issues with their orders. Our only mishap was ordering unsweetened tea and receiving sweet tea instead. Other than that, we had a wonderful meal.

Imagine you pay for large fries but get this. I could understand if it was like a one time thing but this has been going on for about 1-2 months now. Idk if they got new management or what but it?s been getting sloppy and continuously giving people half afry order is a sure way to lose business.

I visit this restaurant frequently and have had positive experiences about 60% of the time. However, there are some issues: sometimes I don’t receive any sauce after asking for it, I can't exchange toys at the drive-thru unless I've purchased a kids' meal that day, and my large fries are often not completely full.
