Cicis Pizza - Spartanburg

It seems in this day and age good service and quality is a rare thing especially in fast food and moving down the ladder maybe less for buffets. But having said that this CiCis is one of the cleanest, most well run, best managed and just the level of what any food establishment should be. There are 2 maybe sisters they look like identical twins and I don't know if they're managers or assistant managers but they keep that place organized and they stay busy and this restaurant based on service, quality and experience then I'd say this is the single best place in Spartanburg and should be a lesson for any other restaurant out there!

Very cheap and friendly family spot to go eat at. The kids love going here whenever they want pizza. They have a game room which is convenient for kids after they eat so they can enjoy themselves. Also the customer service is always pretty good they always greet you upon arriving and also keep the pizza well stocked and fresh as possible. Also I do like their salad bar as well. Great place to go!

Good food and very fast staff! it was a hurry when we came in (with maybe 1 or 2 pizzas) and when we had made our drinks, they had almost all the cash full! I was amazed and even told them how the best service I saw was! good customer service! clean restaurant! will definitely come back!

It was okay, but definitely needs help in some areas. Me and my family went on a Saturday night and was told we couldn’t get the Buffay because they start doing the Buffay at 8 PM when the store doesn’t close until 10 PM I’m not sure how they can just start the Buffay when that is what kind of service they offer. We were also told to not play the games and saw machines because the floor had already been cleaned for the next day but that is just too bad for them because my children we’re going to spend probably $60 just on the claw machines

Gone are the days when they greet you when you come in with Welcome to CiCi 's . Not sure if they did away with that but crickets were chirping when I dined in. The girl at the register looked like she was training someone neither one of them looked like they wanted to be there. I did not get any greeting at all, just a blank look on both of their faces. The food was good though and stocked pretty well and their salad bar looked real nice fresh at least.
