Cook Out - Spartanburg

Went through drive through. Not the most welcoming but not bad. The speaker box barely worked hard to hear. Clearly she couldn't hear me either because she kept cutting me off.Chicken sandwich was yummyWhite chedder spuds were good but for 2 servings it was a tiny amount and half of them were the size of a nickle maybe a quarter.But overall for the price not bad at all.

If I could rate it zero stars I would. NEVER GO THERE AFTER 11pm. I went there and ordered an Out west style burger tray with double fries and a sprite and a regular cheeseburger tray with bacon, lettuce and pickles and a walking taco on the side. I pull up to the window and the lady tells me my total is $32. Come to find out she chargerd me for another extra burger tray so my meal should’ve been 20 something dollars so she gives me $8 back as a refund for the extra burger tray and i’msitting at the window and i made her repeat my whole order to me to make sure she corrected it and she said it was. I get my food and the out west style burger tray was not an out west style burger tray it had nothing on it but cheese and bacon and the regular cheeseburger tray i was supposed to get i never even got that, they gave me a chicken sandwich and i also didn’t even get my cheerwine i ordered with the cheeseburger tray. Service is horrible at night and they act like they don’t care from the deive thru person all the way down to the cooks. I would like to please speak with a GM or someone who’s over this restaurant for compensation or a better resolution. Thank you

Ordered two milkshakes, strawberry with strawberry cheese cake and extra strawberry cheese cake pieces, and there were only 3 pieces in the entire milkshake. Paid $11+...my granddaughter was so disappointed and I was disappointed for her. The other banana and chocolate was on point!!

Went through the drive-thru and it was fast and friendly service. Easy process and reasonable

Burger was leathery but had a flame broiled flavor, loved the cheerwine float, nugs where McDonald's like. The biggest issue is you can't hear them call you from around the corner in the dining room, staff friendly and doing the best they can, will go back, price isn't bad.
