Costco Food Court - Spartanburg

Very low price, delicious food with fast service. Just a shame they don't have the beef brisket sandwich anymore.

What is not to love. Costco is super and cheap. The same for the court. Where's my choir?

Cherie then called over a man who had applied for a card, and it was clear there was a misunderstanding. She was quite brusque with him, and he had to repeat himself twice to explain that he would be getting a card. Once I finally finished checking out, Cherie had the audacity to take my receipt and tell me I shouldn’t use self-checkout, despite being the one who directed me to it. She claimed it was inconvenient for her to go through all my items. Honestly, I’m not a fan of this place; this was my first and definitely my last visit. Cherie’s rudeness and unprofessional behavior ruined my entire experience, affecting not just me, but my partner and other customers too. Shame on you, Cherie.

I had an excellent experience with the customer service here! It was straightforward and efficient, with great assistance from the staff. Highly recommend!

As for improvements? I can't think of any! Our shopping experience was enjoyable from the moment we were greeted at the entrance all the way to our exit to the parking lot. We can't wait for our next visit! A huge thank you to the entire team for making shopping such a pleasure. I highly recommend this Costco!
