Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

The waitress got no order, acted like our fault. Lady in the checkout was rude to my husband. Some employees need a better attitude when dealing with the public! Will not be back!

Great food, friendly service and nostalgic atmosphere. The store is great to find these unique things that make great gifts.

Updating The owner made it properly compensated for the output with a meal for two. It's good to see a business that makes problems right. As I said, this was not expected to be the service, but the owner takes care of the customer service. Second time in the delivery of this business. One time with bad food last week. I tried her again tonight to hope that the rock-hard Coca Cola cake was just a fuke. Sweet tea was sent instead of lemonade. Missing two pages on one order. Miss the side of the dumplings and load Hash Browns on mine. Finished with order from this place, as it seems that they do not read the order. Last straw was a **** of peaches without barely crust, they try to pass this as a cobbler???? No one too lazy to serve a desert, as advertised and hardly enough fruit to cover a small pull-out container. Ready with this place and with cracker barrel delivery the delivery was great but not his fault when the restaurant sends the wrong things and forgets the order as paid for)

Staff and servers were very nice and helpful. I had to go as the waitress pulled out our food, I caught it when she came out of the kitchen, I asked her to go into containers because my mother (75yrs) had in 30 minutes. You were glad to help me. Zach was one of the managers who was very nice and helpful to check us quickly, and after that he was very nice when I realized that I had left my phone at the cash desk.

Food was good and the prices were actually decent for what we got! I had Mommas French Toast and it was quite delicious. It was severely lacking cinnamon, however. I also wouldn 't recommend the chicken-fried-chicken. It tasted a bit odd itself, but the homestyle gravy was its only redeeming quality that made it bearable. The waitresses were polite and we never had an empty glass at the table! We 'll be back again, for sure!
