There is no signage indicating this change, and staff only inform you once you are already at the salad bar with an empty plate. If you plan on visiting for the salad bar, make sure to fill up on your first trip. Unfortunately, I will have to find a new spot for a good salad.
This was my first visit in quite some time to this restaurant. Unfortunately, there were no knives available as they were in the dishwasher. I was given a plastic knife instead, which made it difficult to cut my cauliflower. I also missed out on the muffins. Additionally, I had to ask for a small plastic cup for my pudding and ice cream. On a positive note, the salad bar was clean. Overall, I wasn't completely satisfied with my experience and probably won't be returning anytime soon.
I used to be a big fan of Jason's Deli for years, but not anymore. I can't believe they charge $9 for just one trip to the salad bar. It used to be unlimited plates, but now it's a rip off. This will be the last time they get my money. Very disappointing.
I normally eat at Jason’s deli once a week. I love the salad bar. It’s the best in town, but tonight they didn’t have any onions, trail mix, brown bread. I asked for these items and the guy said he would get them but he never came back. I let the counter people know. I had waited for a bit before going to the counter. I was disappointed tonight.
The young lady, the take-away counter was the most cheerful and friendly single person I met in a long time. it sets the standard for a happy, committed and motivated people. kudos to their parents!
