Krispy Kreme - Spartanburg

I ordered 6 dozen donuts in drive threw an was told by manager to get out an come in I had to wait in line for everyone in front of me so when I got to the window I ask for the manager an he told me he would take my 1 complaint over the 5 6 behind me who only wanted a donut an coffee excuse me there is no sign that says you can only buy 1 donut in the drive threw took my business to Shipley donuts better service an better donuts bye Krispy kreme

Went during a rush after the book of mormon showing. Enjoyed the time with my parents and my mom ordered a frappe. The guy taking our order said they werent doing specialty drinks, mom got a little upset, but he went and made one anyway. He ended up making extra so we got 1 on the house. I think he deserves a raise.

I go here all the time when the hot light is on I am so addicted that I try not to drive in that direction

I don 't usually don 't write these but this was it for me. They came out with these KitKat donuts and i have been wanting to try them since they came out. a little later at night like a week ago i called and asked if they had them and they said yes... got there... they didn 't have any and are only available in the morning (which i knew was not true). I called tonight around 8pm and asked them if they had them RIGHT NOW and the dude on the phone who i wont name told me yes, they did.. and i confirmed and said the kitkat ones? he said yes.My friend got there.... hadnt had them all day . So i called them back after my friend came back and asked why they lied and wasted our time essentially... and told them who i spoke to... handed the phone to guy i spoke to that told me they hasd them ready at the time i first called..... and literally GASLIT me and told me he never said that... swore up and down he never told me that... so i said alright i dont even care anymore, have a good night... I dont know whats wrong with this location.... idk if they 're just partying or playing pranks, but its honestly not funny. I don 't appreciate my time being wasted. If you 're gonna waste anyone 's time, you really need to make sure to waste your own. Just a really stupid way to be. I hope you all mature.

Everything would have been 5 stars, but their line was down and it looked like they were improving the building, which is not bad, Always room for improvement.
