Feedback gevenThe customer service at this restaurant exceeds expectations!! It is rare to encounter a pleasant attitude at a drive-thru. I regret not knowing her name, but she was truly fantastic!! I hope the manager acknowledges her exceptional customer service and gives her a raise. We visited on December 2 around 4:45.
The food was tasty, but slightly overpriced. I ordered the three-piece chicken, fish, and shrimp combo with a side of fries and about 7 hush puppies. I also got a large Dr. Pepper, which brought my total to $15.18. The cost was a bit high for me, but the food was decent. Billy J.
When I visited last Sunday at noon, I was informed by an African American girl that the restaurant was closed due to no one showing up for work. When I returned this past week, the same person told me that there was no dining in available. I used to frequent this place often, but now I believe they need to hire new employees or consider relocating.
Long waiting time and order was wrong. The food was fresh, but not what we order. Too bad we didn't check our order twice, but we were in a hurry.
When I ordered my food, I had to wait for it to be cooked, so I think it would be good because it was fresh boys I was wrong to taste it as if it was not cooked, all the way to some pieces and that was disappointing I paid 28 dollars for some bad foods
