Poke Bros. - Spartanburg

Tried Poke Bros for the first time today. Had the Shaka bowl. Everything was fresh and flavorful. Being single buying groceries doesn't make much sense nowadays. So I try and find my bang for the buck eating out. Went to Burger King yesterday, and a Whopper meal was almost $12. For less, I had fresh, healthy food. If you're like me, I definitely suggest giving Poke a try.

Order 3 bows today, and all 3 of them had barely any sauce on them even even tho I asked for extra, normally at other locations I go to some of the rice gets wet, here nothing. Also the lady that was taking my order was on her phone via Bluetooth and talking to someone in a different language, so I had no idea if she was talking to me or what not. Will avoided this location if possible or keep an eye on what they are making.

Was placing my order and the counter and the girl making my order put crab in my bowl when I didn’t ask for it. Then had to pay for said crab that I did not ask for in my bowl. Was not greeted or given friendly service. More importantly, while eating my bowl I kept catching small pieces of plastic in my mouth. Plastic was almost a film like.I hate to leave a poor review for restaurants and I almost never do. But I felt it was needed in this case. I had a poke craving and decided to come here, sorely disappointed. I understand everyone has bad days.

This place is always good and service has always been good. I only ever get take-out, but food is consistently fresh and on-point.The main reason for this review is based on a recent online order for take-out. I was coming off a 3-day juice cleanse and had a last-minute craving for some Poke Bros. I placed an order at like 8:48pm (they close at 9). Not really thinking it would be honored, the order was confirmed a minute later and they had my food waiting for me at 9pm (yes, I was that guy, and yes I gave them a good tip).It was the first food I’d had in 3 days and it was amazing. Kudos to this place for putting in the extra work at the last minute. Much appreciated from a grateful customer!

The food here is aways absolutely delicious! The service is top notch and they even have a drive though which is super convenient! You can still do build your own in the drive though. I come her all the time it's a favorite. Great price, great food!Food: 5/5
