Pokenori - Spartanburg

The service takes a lot of time. I was waiting with my friends for 40 minutes to get the food we ordered.

Not only did they not have an online order ready that I was picking up (waited at least 10 extra minutes on my 30 minute lunch break) they forget the eel sauce I requested. I wouldn’t be upset if this was the first or second time, but this had happened multiple times. When I am paying $13+ for lunch, I expect better service than this. Pokenori is one of my favorite restaurants but they are not reliable, I won’t be back for a while.

The sushi burrito was amazing nice clean atmosphere.

Always a good experience when stop here for a bite to eat. So many delicious and nutritious options to choose from. I usually go back and forth from salad bowl to rice bowl.

Always excellent food, excellent service, look forward to going back again my next time through Spartanburg
