Ricky's Drive In West - Spartanburg

I will be leaving a negative review. I was extremely let down by the quality of the food and service at this restaurant. My first order arrived cold, and the replacement was undercooked. The staff showed no remorse and were reluctant to give me a refund when I returned the raw chicken sandwich. For lunch, the price per person was $1-10. I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all a 1 out of 5.

I ordered 2 hotdogs, fries and 1/2 lb cheeseburger. Everything was cold! Went back for a makeover. Fries over cooked and the actual hotdog frank is tasteless! Very cheap frank! No disrespect but don't come to work with bonnets on. How do we know they are clean!!!!! And touching food

Good afternoon. I don't mean to be disrespectful, but the food was not as expected. The bacon fell off my sandwich, there were no tomatoes, and the fries were cold. The staff said they thought I didn't want tomatoes, and they apologized. The service was just okay. This was a takeout meal for dinner, and the price per person was $1–10. The food was rated a 5, the service a 3, and the atmosphere a 5. Recommended dishes include fries, slaw, and BLT.

I drove 16 hours to Spartanburg and the first restaurant I visited was Ricky's. I absolutely loved their hotdogs with chili. It was a takeout meal for lunch, and the price per person was $10-20. The food, service, and atmosphere all received top ratings of 5. I highly recommend trying their hot dog.
