Sonic Drive-in - Spartanburg

Went here after a late dinner movie. Soooooooo glad it was open because nothing else was on the East Side apparently. Was able to get an awesome cookie dough blast try their RedBull slush, that was GREAT too! Super fast service like always. Love how I can use my app and get extra discounts too!

I have always had bad experiences at this Sonic from not being answered after 15 min to never receiving the food I ordered, so I stopped going. I chanced it today, and it was a different story. My food was delivered quickly and no rudeness. Also, my waitress Julia actually came back as I ate, asking if there was anything else that she could get me. Never had anyone do that. Happy that I gave this place a second chance.

First visit was decent, order was right, but the food wasn't great. Win it another chance only for the man to take only the first part of my order, then do not respond again and let us sit. had to go to the Drivethru window to complete my order just to get the wrong food. (ordered and calculated for a double burger w/ bacon. I have a single piece without bacon. Not to mention was the food cold soberness. Go somewhere else for faster/better service better food.

Very disappointed. Uses the Sonic App to order food. Wait and hour at Sonic, just to say food, someone else was given. It was said that the app could not get a refund. He was waiting for a man for 35 minutes. Again it was said that nothing could be done for a refund. Waited for 10 minutes and made good to order. I have nothing extra for my wasted time or gas. It won't go back.
