Starbucks - Spartanburg

I went around 1 o clock. The food and coffee were great service was incredibly slow. It took several minutes per car at the window and it took me at least 20 mins to order and get my order.

I forgot to mention no whip and almond milk and as they finished making my drink I realized it so they made me the correct one

Landed here shortly before a Wedding ceremony I was officiating at the Cleveland Park venue. The young man who served me was dealing with a disgruntled customer in the drive-thru when I walked in, however he did not app ly his frustration to my transaction. I picked up an Uber Order. I don't personally drink or eat anything from here, I think it's overhyped, overpriced. So as far as quality goes, I have no clue. The wait was unacceptable, I was the only person in line yet I had to wait. Apparently someone didn't label the order it was just sitting on the counter while I waited on someone to make it until a staff member looked for the order found it. Just unnecessary. Shouldn't have been a wait, but I waited close to 15 mins or more.
