Wild Wing Cafe - Spartanburg

Excellent food and service! I had the wild chef salad and wing. both were delicious. all in the restaurant were very friendly. I was greeted by a gentleman named joseph, whom I could say he loved his job! this was a wonderful experience and I loved that they have historical pieces inside. I was in the position, 2nd floor, which is huge with a stage and bar (so 2 bars in the restaurant.) they also have billard tables, games and a stage for band. there are inside and outside seats. I can imagine that they are very busy at the weekend because in a great location. also it seems like a great place to hang, eat and watch sport. I recommend eating or going by here to drink and hang up a drink!

The wings were okay. they are low at the employees and the service and food shows sad. the appetizer we wanted them to be out of him, so they told us and made us something else, which was not sure what it was actually, but it was almost burned. the makkaroni was dry and hardly warm. I do not recommend when the location is even remotely busy. if there are perhaps 1 or 2 customers, they can be in order, depending on the time they go.

The pictures say everything. not existent wing, tiny example. the smoke rubs, avoid, unless you like burns. Why place the need to precarious food is beyond me. the result is dry, bad quality to serve time. after a show for late evening bite. this chain was a bad choice. tables and menus were dirty, sticky, guess cleaning between customers, despite covid, here is no requirement. on the basis of the customers there this visit, they must drink, then maybe they will not notice the bad quality of everything.

0 stars. this is sad, because I am a long time patron and grew up there with friends. this device is at the edge of the shutdown, and it shows. we arrived last night at 7:40 a.m., myself, my man and our 8-year-old. we sat on a sticky table in a restaurant with a large family (of 15) and two single men sitting on the bar. we ordered Tater tarts as appetizer, 25 wings and my daughter got a child's meal. at 8:15 we had not received our food, our waitress came out and said 10 minutes more. she disappeared until 8:45 and told us it would be soon. at 9 o'clock a manager came up and checked in and we told him that we didn't even get our appetizers. so he immediately got us this and told us he would wait the meal for ours. at 9:25 we waited. it was past our daughter bed and we were all really hungry. we have a waitress (not ours) and asked for a check for the appetizers and drinks. she said she'd get our waitress. our waitress ran out 5 minutes later with our food. 9:30 o'clock. Our wings were not right, the sosse was thrown on and burned, bitter and no actual sauce. the wings were small and dry. the celery was too dark of a green, and chew with a chemical taste. the huh of my daughter was good, but her pommes too hard to chew and her ice was warm chocolate mud. she wouldn't eat it. the restaurant had at least 9 employees I counted, and the place was empty. we will never go back. it was disgusting and we only came home after 22 hours.

If I could give zero stars I would. Don’t ever order this through through doordash. No fault to doordash, the items were delivered on time and still warm, but this is ridiculous. This happened last year and I had to ask for a refund as well. I ordered wings and I got bones with a tiny bit of meat on them. I don’t know who is in charge of quality control for what goes out for delivery but they need to be let go. I know this can’t be what hey serve in the restaurant. Will not be ordering from the Wild Wings Cafe in downtown Spartanburg ever again. We will direct all our further business elsewhere.
