Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Speed

I ordered a large Oreo blizzard with extra Oreos and a chili cheese dog. The Oreo blizzard was a large cup of vanilla ice cream with what looks like 1/2 an Oreo crushed up on the very top. 98% of the cup was ice cream. The chili dog was thrown into the bag, box came open, and chili was everywhere (it got thrown away without eating). This has happened the last 3-4 visits to this Sellersburg location. I've tried to visit at different times to see if maybe it's just the shift that's having the issues. NOPE! It's the staff entirely. After this visit I'm done with DQ. I'll be spending my money at Chillers.

I ordered a small chocolate brownie blizzard. Pull up to the window window. They gave me a vanilla blizzard with cookie crumbles in it. Told me I had ordered a small blizzard with ultimate cookie in it. No chips and don’t Oreo.! Do you want earth orders of blizzard with no Oreos? No chips. However, that isn’t even close to what I ordered. I take it back to the window and then employee said well that’s what you ordered and popped off to me. Seriously that’s not how you answer somebody, who said that is not what I ordered! This is the fourth time I have been to that establishment in the last four months one time each month I keep trying to give them another chance. The scanner never works then they ask for my phone number to give me my points. My points have never been added, I’m gonna continue to go to Zesto. I don’t care how far out of my way it is zestos employees are friendly, smiling, eager to help and get you through the line quickly and if there was a mess up, they smile and they fix it and they say sorry.

So I went in the drive in and I say can I get a 6 peace chicken meal and the male says 16 with extra gravy and I say with a coke for drink and he says say that again makes up repeat it and then I say a coke to drink he says in a weird voice you want a coke a

$14 for what was supposed to be a 4pc garlic parm chicken strip basket. Instead I get 4 normal strips, no garlic parm seasoning. And 4 very small strips at that. This is at best a $5 meal not $14

Every time I’ve been here lately the food comes out in a timely manner, however, the employees are not welcoming or friendly at all. They’re quite rude and just act like you’re an inconvenience for even being there.
