VERY BAD EXPERIENCE! Why are they still open? They eat in the swimming pools and to make matters worse the water is also cold. In the bathrooms there is no toilet paper, some of the lockers don't even close properly. I tried to follow an aerosol therapy, IT IS COMPLETELY USELESS, tubes placed at random with dirty water and very high prices, I gave up on the subscription wasting my money for nothing. The inside is very dirty with mold and rust everywhere, the showers only work once and without hot water only lukewarm and cold, not to mention the outside and how if that wasn't enough there was also a mouse at the entrance to the building. NEVER AGAIN!!!

I was here with my family a week ago, we all got sick with skin scabies due to the dirty tubs with mold, cold water, rude workers, if you go to the women's bathroom you have to be careful as there are couples (man-woman) who carry out obscene acts. When it comes to women's clothing, you have to be careful that while we were changing, a man came in without even asking, looking at my daughter from head to toe as she was completely undressed. Shame ! How disgusting! Complaint in progress...

We stayed in this beautiful facility that a doctor friend had recommended to us, extolling the properties of this water. We did treatments with them and the results were surprising. Both the inhalations and the baths and muds were a great discovery, so both sinusitis and joint pain were greatly reduced, not to mention the positive effects on the skin, which became completely smooth. We will return periodically to do therapies. We thank the very kind staff and we really liked the tropical garden with the thermal pool

Contrary to what I have read in some reviews, I confirm the uniqueness of this place both as an environment suitable for treatment and as a relaxing place.
