Feedback gevenVery poor quality pizza and the price is too high, I been there today I paid my bill then later manager said didn’t gone true he asked me to pay again , same time I checked my account I saw I paid, anyway I paid again and manager said if it doubled charge I will call you , finely I arrived home with pizza then he called me to come back I have to return you as I charged you double , the poorest customer service I had in my life .
The delivery is always delayed, without fail. Do not trust the app's status updates either, as it often says 'delivered' when we are still waiting anxiously for our food to arrive. When we call to inquire about our order, there is always an excuse given. We have decided that this will be our final time ordering from this particular branch.
Dont trust the tracker when ordering from Staines branch... over 1.5 hours late... lied on the phone to say he was just round the corner ... 25 mins later still no delivery... eventually turned up stone cold with excuse we 've had a lot of deliveries tonight .... erm that 's your business?!?! Learn to organise your delivery boys Returned pizza to delivery driver... phoned store requesting a refund... said he 'll organise that... nearly a week on no refund! Now disputing via paypall
Absolutely fed up with the Staines branch, last time it was the food and service. This time it was exactly the same! Unbelievable! I will never order from this store again! I will actually pass this on to others. The delivery drivers really need training. I placed an order on the phone at 20:20 orderd two large pizza and was told 30-45 mins. Perfect thank you, conversation over. Delivery driver turned up at 21:09. Parked in the bay and we the staff, as I was in the office) could all see him, I lifted the blind up and pointed to the reception and asked him to deliver in there. He opened the door, so I opened the window, as he kept on staring. Bare in mind the window only opens so much. #AirportRules&ThereWindows. I asked him to come and deliver into reception. Now this is where it gets interesting, he said No! So I repeated myself, maybe he didn 't hear me the first time. He exacts words back to me where, I 'm not your servant . So at this point I 've turned to one of my colleague 's and repeated what he said. #PuzzledFace. I 've repeated the same words now for the 3rd time, please can you deliver to reception. He finally gets out of the vehicle and dumps the food in reception and leaves. If this is how you deliver to all your other customers as well. Then I 'm **** shocked. We as a company/individual have order from this branch many times before. After today, I actually no longer will!
I would give this branch ZERO stars if that was an option! Placed our order, took over 1hr and 20mins to arrive, which then arrived stone cold! called the branch only to be accused of of being a LIAR! Don’t order from this S hole, the pizza was disgusting, even when heated up in the microwave! I have logged a complaint with customer services! This branch needs to be closed down, wouldn’t put it past the incompetent so called manager to spit or contaminate the food out of spite especially after the way he conducted himself over the phone! I’m not going to let this go lightly, my complaint has now been escalated. I look forward to hearing from the franchise manager! This was the first and last time ordering from this branch! Avoid ordering from here!
