Tops Pizza - Spelthorne

We made a pit stop at this restaurant with the kids on our way back home, and we regret it. Two of my children got sick on the way back, and they both said the food didn't taste right. Another child found two hairs in their food, and my pizza had an undercooked base. Overall, it was a waste of money. Avoid eating here at all costs!

I have been ordering pizza from this place for years, and while delivery times can sometimes be inconsistent during busy hours, the quality of the food is unmatched. Even with my Meerkat app, which offers me 50% off at some big chain restaurants, Tops is still significantly cheaper. My 7-year-old daughter loves their pizza and always insists on ordering from there whenever we get takeout. Additionally, the owners, who are acquaintances of mine from a previous life, are both professional and lovely.

I was informed that the food would be delayed by 90 minutes. When I inquired about the reason, I encountered a rude female manager on the phone. The customer service was also rude and promised to call back but never did. I would recommend avoiding this restaurant.

Good choice for quick eat and not gonna hurt your pockets, very quick and actualy delishious so i will be back

Just waited 45 minutes for a Tops takeaway, to be delivered this. The Pizzas must have been stored incorrectly as all of the toppings slid off. The small pepperoni pizza contained no pepperoni and was burnt shocking.
