Chicago's Pizza - Spencer

This is the best chicken bacon ranch pizza I've ever had! We hosted a birthday party there last Saturday, and the staff was incredibly sweet and accommodating, especially considering we had seven kids with us! They didn’t even wait for us to ask for refills; the service was right on point. All the pizzas were fantastic, but the highlight was definitely the BREADSTICKS!

Fantastic pizza and wonderful people! I find it amusing that someone gave a one-star review for a business that serves to protect our community. Keep up the great work, everyone!

Honestly the breadsticks was not what they used to be and my hubby and I feel like they changed the cheese sauce for the bread sticks. The cheese sauce tasted like mac n ' cheese cheese . We always get the cheese sauce the garlic butter sauce and I getthe marinara. Like I said the cheese seemed different totally different taste than normal and the garlic butter sauce had likeno garlic flavor at all and as for the marinara that was good as always. Just a different experience this time than we are usedto having at this restaurant! They do offer contact less service the one downside if all ya have is cash your S.O.L CARD ONLY!

Do NOT go off of the prices on their online menu!!! Ordered several pizzas for the guys in the shop, and I based my order on pricing from online menu. When I picked up the pies, the order total was $57 higher! After looking over my receipt and doublechecking the prices on the online menu, I called to inquire about the pricing and was told the prices online are subject tochange. Pizza was tasty, but pricing was WAY higher than advertised or expected.

In short, my wife accidentally dropped two pizzas on our way out the door. She asked if we could have the pizzas remade unbaked so we could bring them home and bake them ourselves. The staff made the pizzas, but insisted on charging us full price. While that’s their prerogative, it felt like poor customer service. We used to order takeout from this place at least once a week, but now we’ve decided not to return.
